My neighbor's gardener. I hired him to maintain my front and back yard $50/M every two weeks since August 2011. He didn't show up on his scheduled time a couple of times initially, but has been pretty good afterwards.
* 9/9/2011 -Ruiz Atonel. 510-755-2760 - referred by my client Fen who lives in South Fremont Warm Spring area. She pays $60/M for bi-weekly service. She is very happy with his service and five neighbors are using him at the same time.

I have used him several times in the past for my own family and my listings, and he has done a pretty good job ini general. He also installed new lawn with sprinkler systems for my neighbor and they were happy with his service as well. Several of my clients have used his service and the overall feedback has been positive.
His charge for my own home was $40 each time so I switched to Raul Mendoza Jr since later 2011 who charges $25 each time ($50 a month for bi-weekly work)
When you call Rual or Sacramento, please tell themthat you are Mei Mei's client. If you decide to hire any of them, let me know how his work is so that I can keep on tracking if I shall continue to recommend him.

He is a very kind person, always calls to remind our appointment a few days in advance, and even though I know nothing about piano, I kind of have a feeling that he is an experienced and reliable technician. Jade and Jason always love to watch him working too and he engages kids very well.

- referred to me by Mark Wang on 1/5/11. Hired him to replace our old garage door - total $1200 (I chose a more expensive kind with windows and insulation.) Work was done as scheduled and he cleaned all as he finished.
I called him twice after the work, when we were not able to close or open the garage door. He came right away and helped us: first time replaced the old sensors, and the 2nd time just re-adjust the sensors to make sure they are in allighnment.
If you experience the same issue of not able to closing or open your garage door, always try to adjust the sensors on the bottom of the two sides first to make sure they are in allignment.
