Mark was first introduced to me in 2009 by another client and has been helping quite many of my clients in repairs / remodels, all with very positive feedback.
Here is the feedback from my client YL:
“Mark is smart and honest. He actually designed the stairs for us, which is a much better design than bob's and mine.
and he charged less than Bob even though he used much better material. he proposed constructive ideas and is trustworthy. It turned out that Mark is also a friend of cheng's friend. So far, cheng and I like him a lot. I will give you more input when he finishes our fireplace and stairs. We would recommend him.”
And here is the feedback from my client David after hiring Mark in 2009:
- My many experiences thus far with Mark have all been nothing short of amazing. Mark and his colleagues are extremely proficient at what they do and they always perform every job with the utmost thoroughness and efficiency.
When first asked about the list of to-dos we had, Mark gave a quoted time frame thinking we might be in a rush to move in. After we assured him that our priority is to get the job done right without anything rushed, he took his time to work on the house. On the way, we encountered a few obstacles and challenges but nothing too big for Mark. He always had a solution or workaround to the situation/problem at hand.
Mark is very flexible and easily responds to our needs without any problems. Along the way we also made several new additions to the list of fixes we initially had and Mark always provided feedback to help us make the right decision based on his past experiences. The entire job on our house took about 5 weeks or so, which included installing hardwood flooring to the living/dining room and hallway. As is the case with all contractors working on your house, it is strongly advised to have someone around to constantly check on the work to make sure it meets your standards/requirements. If any fixes need to be made, notify Mark immediately and he will attend to them shortly.
Mark’s outstanding service doesn’t end when the job is finished. There were many instance after our work was done that some minor problems came up and Mark would always respond promptly with a solution either in person or over the phone. In short, I can honestly say that Mark Wang is definitely someone you would want to keep around as a long term vendor for fixes/upgrades around the house as you can rely on him to effectively get the job done. He is also a very friendly person to talk to, which is definitely another huge plus.
