Property Tax - when it is due and where to view your bill on line

Property tax is due twice a year: First installment is late if not paid by 12/10, and 2nd installment is late if not paid by 4/10 the next year.  There will be expensive penalty if paid late.

Here are the links to see your bill and payment history.  You can pay the bill online too however you will be charged a fee.

For Santa Clara County, you can pay online by visiting http://www.sccgov.org/portal/site/tax/

For Alameda County, you can pay online by visiting http://www.acgov.org/propertytax.htm

For San Francisco County, you can pay online by visiting www.SFGov.org
