He is a very kind person, always calls to remind our appointment a few days in advance, and even though I know nothing about piano, I kind of have a feeling that he is an experienced and reliable technician. Jade and Jason always love to watch him working too and he engages kids very well.

- referred to me by Mark Wang on 1/5/11. Hired him to replace our old garage door - total $1200 (I chose a more expensive kind with windows and insulation.) Work was done as scheduled and he cleaned all as he finished.
I called him twice after the work, when we were not able to close or open the garage door. He came right away and helped us: first time replaced the old sensors, and the 2nd time just re-adjust the sensors to make sure they are in allighnment.
If you experience the same issue of not able to closing or open your garage door, always try to adjust the sensors on the bottom of the two sides first to make sure they are in allignment.

Fencing Company - now with negative feedback
My clients Qing & Sonny hired this fencing company in 2009 after getting several bids from a few local fencing companies. They responded to calls on a timely manner, did the job as promised, cleaned up after work, and their bid was competitive. I scheduled the estimate appointment for them during escrow time, but the fencing company might not remember who I am though.

A friend who hired them based on my blog called me tonight . She was very upset by the service and the attitude of the owner. According to her description, the owner didn't finish the work as requested, and was very rude when she requested him to complete it. I don't know if this business has changed owner or not, as the last client in 2014 still recommended them. I was very sorry for her bad experience. Any way, I was going to remove this post but decided to keep it with the negative feedback so that you can see the record as you compare companies.
