 When you call Raul, please tell him that you are Mei Mei's client.  He doesn’t always return calls, so if you don’t reach him when you call, try to call him again.  Several other of my clients used his service in the last year and were overall pretty happy with the price and service.

I got Kevin's info from Jade's piano teacher in 2007.  He has been doing piano tuning for us since then.  He is a very kind person, always calls to remind our appointment a few days in advance, and even though I know nothing about piano, I kind of have a feeling that he is an experienced and reliable technician.  Jade and Jason always love to watch him working too and he engages kids very well.

- referred to me by Mark Wang on 1/5/11.   Hired him to replace our old garage door - total $1200 (I chose a more expensive kind with windows and insulation.)  Work was done as scheduled and he cleaned all as he finished.

I called him twice after the work, when we were not able to close or open the garage door.  He came right away and helped us: first time replaced the old sensors, and the 2nd time just re-adjust the sensors to make sure they are in allighnment.

If you experience the same issue of not able to closing or open your garage door, always try to adjust the sensors on the bottom of the two sides first to make sure they are in allignment.
